Touch and See · last updated: 20 July 2026
Touch and See is a touch-and-discover app for very young children, published by Giner Emmanuelle (sole trader) under the Emaginer brand.
In short
Touch and See collects no data. The app requests no Android permissions, has no internet access, stores nothing on your device, and contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no analytics.
Data we collect
None.
The app does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data or usage data. This includes, without limitation: name, email address, phone number, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IP address, location, contacts, photos, audio or video content, browsing history, usage statistics and crash reports.
This is not a policy commitment layered on top of the software, it is a property of the software itself. The app declares no Android permission at all, not even network access. It is technically incapable of sending a request to any server, ours or a third party’s.
Third-party services
The app bundles no third-party SDK: no ad network, no analytics provider, no crash reporting service, no social network.
It is distributed through Google Play. Downloading, installing and updating the app are operations performed by Google, which collects its own data in the process under its own privacy policy, independently of us and outside our control. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Children’s privacy
Touch and See is directed to children. Since the app collects no data whatsoever, it collects no data from children in particular. No personal information is ever requested, from the child or from a parent or guardian.
The app is designed to comply with the Google Play Families Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. These rights have no object here: we hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete.
To uninstall the app, simply remove it from your Android settings. Nothing is left behind, on the device or anywhere else.
Changes
Any change to the app that affects this policy will be reflected here, with a new date at the top of the page. Should a future version ever collect data, this policy will be updated before that version is published.
